Our History

Lapcare is the primary Brand from RX Infotech, a diversified group founded in Singapore in 1997. Indian operations began in 2004 and today over 45,000 retailers across the country trust the Lapcare Brand by stocking Lapcare goods. In addition to customary retail channels, Lapcare also has strong presence in all major E-Marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart etc) and have a powerful E-commerce based website for D2C customers (www.lapcare.com). Indian operations of RX Infotech now has over 450 employees, including highly motivated and experienced senior managers.

Lapcare is also known for excellent after-sales service, with a network of 100+ service centers across India. Lapcare is the market leader in IT Spares, especially laptop batteries.

Our Future

Recently Lapcare has introduced a new business arm for Wearables and Hearables. This division features cutting-edge, ultra-modern devices to suit the needs of today’s tech savvy and active lifestyle consumers. Plans have also been laid for the introduction of various other consumer electronics, to enter the retail market within the next few quarters.
